Ernest joined Citadel Construction in August 2023 and quickly became a key part of the team. With 6 years of industry experience, he brings strong leadership and a steady presence to every project site. He takes pride in building meaningful relationships with his on-site team and thrives on creating an environment where collaboration and hard work drive results. One of his standout projects with Citadel is the Leighton Apartments, which marked his first major build with the company.
