With a background in Geography and graduating with honors, she’s proof that an analytical mind and a love of learning translate into financial precision. At Citadel, Mica ensures the numbers add up and the business stays on track, motivated daily by her family and her desire to make them proud. She’s known by her coworkers as hardworking, fun, and dependable — qualities that shine in her role as Accounting Manager.
