John Hart

With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, John Hart brings a steady hand and detail-driven approach to every project he leads. Since joining Citadel Construction in August 2025, he’s continued to exemplify what it means to build with integrity, communication, and pride. John has managed a wide range of projects throughout his career, but two stand out most — 100 Reflections at Texas Tech, a project he’s especially proud of, and Artesia Animal Hospital, which remains one of his most memorable builds. Known for his consistency and reliability, John believes the best work comes from teamwork, preparation, and keeping faith and family at the center of it all. When he’s not on site, you’ll find John enjoying time with his family, cooking up something new, or spending time outdoors. A lifelong learner with a knack for precision (and a trusty measuring tape always nearby), John’s passion for building extends beyond the job — it’s part of who he is.
