With more than 20 years of hands-on experience, Levi Brooks joined Citadel Construction in August 2025 as an Assistant Superintendent. His career has been built on learning in the field, starting as a welder’s helper and working his way up to managing large-scale projects. From apartment complexes to cultural landmarks like the Ranching Heritage Museum, Levi brings grit, know-how, and a steady presence to every job site.
