Marcos joined Citadel Construction in June 2025, bringing both education and hands-on experience to the team. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science, Marcos spent four years studying construction management and two years gaining valuable field experience before stepping into his role. From internships on multi-billion-dollar data centers to contributing at DFW Airport’s new Terminal F, he’s already built an impressive foundation in the industry. At Citadel, Marcos is driven by the belief that his work makes a real difference — and he takes pride in doing things the right way while learning and improving every day.
