Rigo Rios

Since joining Citadel Construction in November 2023, Rigo has quickly become a reliable part of the team—known for his positive attitude, steady work ethic, and hands-on leadership. From organizing materials to keeping operations running smoothly, he takes pride in making sure every project starts and finishes strong. Rigo got his start in construction on The Leighton, a project he still remembers as a turning point in his career. Before joining the industry, he worked in farming—an experience that taught him the value of hard work and consistency. Today, those same principles drive him as a Yard Foreman, where he continues to grow, learn, and lead by example. Outside of work, Rigo enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching college football, riding his dirt bike, and shooting hoops. His easygoing personality and strong communication skills make him a vital part of the Citadel crew both on and off the job.
